*The reduced fee is available to all students upon proof of current status and delegates from developing countries requesting financial support. Student registration cannot be processed online. Students will need to download the booking form below and submit it along with a letter from their supervisor confirming student status. Delegates from developing countries requesting financial support will also need to register through the downloadable booking form below. The organising committee will only be able to make a contribution to the cost of registration fees and, in some cases, accommodation expenses. Delegates will need to cover the full cost of their travel. Delegates from developing countries seeking financial support via the booking form will not be charged before a satisfactory agreement is reached. In these cases, submitted abstracts will still be considered for presentation. If support is insufficient, delegates can withdraw without penalty. Each registered participant can submit an abstract. Abstracts will be considered only if registration is completed (see our policy for registration and abstract submission on the StatPhys24 website.
