| Terms and Conditions: 1. No responsibility will be accepted if a delegate’s
first option of accommodation and/or flight is unavailable. Every reasonable
attempt will be made to obtain bookings for delegates in their choice
of accommodation and/or flight.
2. Written notice of cancellation is required prior to 12 June 2009. Any cancellation or change of bookings made after 12 June 2009 will incur a fee of $318. 3.Registrations will only be accepted if completed on the proper registration form as supplied by IGA Distribution. 4. All monetary values on this form are in Australian dollars. 5. Vouchers for all Conference package inclusions will be made available to delegates upon arrival at their accommodation venue or at the registration counter at the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Entry to all Conference package inclusions are subject to the presentation of correct voucher upon arrival at the particular Conference package inclusion. |
